The most fun I have ever had with a workout video. Now, if you are looking to own just one total fat burning workout video, this is not for you. Go buy a pilates videos instead. Now, if you have a small collection of workout videos, want to get your heart pumping, and have a great time, this is the workout video for you. I love it! Not only is it a moderately intense workout, it makes you feel totally sexy. Very rarely does a workout video make you feel this good about yourself. It is a great "mixer upper" for workout video enthusists.
