    They do not honor their warranties.
    appreciative of good service, willing to pay for quality, a busy person, I believe in honesty, expecting good, fair service, a person who likes a bargain, quality conscious

    They do not stand behind their warranty and the store in Louisville, KY  in Valley Station/ PRP has very poor customer service and no manners what so ever.  The employees showed no interest in helping me at all and I was purchasing a leather couch and leather loveseat with the intention of purchasing more living room furniture and decorations at a later date.  When I finally walked up to the counter where all of the employess were having a good time and told the manger of my intentions, he looked me over and was rude to me and showed no interest in helping me so I took my business to another... review »
