AB Lounge 2 Abdominal Excerciser

Works well for streching and a workout

I have been using te AB Lounge 2 at my gym and see results using it. I have a slipped disk in my back and this thing is great for easily strenching my back out. Like any machine you have to put in the work and not expect an over night miracle. 30 days is not enough time to use something and expect results. It takes many exersises and machines to get the job done. No one machine will go it.
