First two orders I placed with VitaCost, I had no problems. Slow shipment, but otherwise fine transactions.
The third order was a different story...
When you're order gets messed up, no one will help you straighten it out. (Vitacost charged my PayPal account twice and told me "deal with PayPal.) Help is overseas - that should tell us something about this company. Try an e-mail to customer service before you buy - goes to a dead URL. Customer service phone reps don't answer or return a call. Your only hope is apparently the chat, with Shinette, who's pretty unhelpful.
