If you're considering buying this program, it's probably because you saw a little flash widget or an animation somewhere. The answer you're looking for is, yes, you can make that. In fact, I can think of no easier way to make animations. Building widgets and web applications, however, will require learning a little bit of code. Fortunately, the code to do simple things is not very imposing, and there is a large developer community willing to augment the various training books you can buy.
