A great pick me up!

If you are looking for a quick pick me up, without sugar or caffeine, this is a great product. I wouldn't recommend it for an everyday Vitamin C supplement; however, if you're having one of those stress days and feel yourself "sinking", one of these packets in water is great! It has a subtle taste--not too strong or sugary, and a little bubbly--but not too much like soda! And, no crash later!
