Recently was dropped from Norton Anti virus with error message stating subscription had expired. Subscription expires 3 months from date of being dropped. Upon checking I did have two accounts, the original had expired. The second was still acticive till 19 Mar 2008. It was my error that I had been paying them for two accounts, but both were charged to identical listings and they would not inform me of this fact, and they did not merge the accounts, leaving without my anti virus protection. Their customer service did not help. but I did manage to correct the problem on my own.
