I purchased Spanx Slim Cognito Mid Thigh Body Shaper in Feb.  The large was huge on me so I called to do an exchange.  They said they would send a Med and credit me for the return when they received it.  When I didn't get a credit I called several times and was told they may not have processed it yet, try back.  Later I was told that they had changed their customer service company and couldn't look up my order anymore, that they would have to put in a request and someone would call me back within 24-72 hrs.  I called three times and no one ever called me back.  The kicker is that my credit...
