I first learned about Leslie Sansone after the birth of my daughter. I was too tired and too busy being a first-time mom to get outside for long walks and jogs. I would pop in a Leslie Walking DVD for the 20-30 minutes that she would nap during the day. Eventually I got back into running, but now I am expecting my second child and can no longer get out for long runs.
