    Lower Backache?

I literally stumbled into an exercise years ago for lower backache. Suffered for years with that typical disc/spine disorder that resulted from lifting too much laundry etc. Just find a sturdy doorway and relax into it like the picture in my "photos". The door moulding is perfect to align...

Well, I'm back! That Sears Community is turning into one big complaint department. "Can't call a store...lousy service...false advertising" and never a "Thanks for helping".

SeemsĀ like people only focus onĀ the mistakes not the successes. Golf being that exception.

I get it, the exercise is what amazes you because it works! Took me long enough to get that one. Actually, I read your blog and all my problems are in my neck not my lower back. :( My husband does have lower back pain & a herniated disc. I will definitely pass this exercise on to him. Thank you!

Which part amazes you? That your birthday is on the same day or that I'm having the surgery? Probably the surgery right? I have honestly tried everything else and nothing worked. The pain just progresses and my ability to function is getting less and less. I really have no choice at this point. I did try your trick but I think I did it wrong. I was actually signing in just now to check how you told me to do it! Happy Birthday a little early!!
