My weight has been increasing slowly, but steadily over the last 30 years. It peaked around 195 Lbs on December 2007. I finally decided to get serious about it early 2008. I re-joined a Gym and started a routine on my own. I probably lost 5 pounds in 5 months. I was not happy with progress so I incorporated 3 times a week sessions with a personal trainer.
