When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I didn't have one, despite the fact that the previous week, by phone, an office member verified the date.  I was told that I would be able to be squeezed in between appointments the Dr. had at 2pm and 3pm.  I waited until 3:40pm, at which point I watched a scheduled patient arrive and be seen for her 3:30pm appointment.  I inquired as to when I might be seen and was asked if I had an appointment.  The office staff had no clue who I was although I had been waiting not 3 feet from the desk for… read full review »
