I have had the best customer service with Directv! There has been only one major outage in service, which was during the aftermath of Katrina.
We had no electricity for about a week, and Directv was out only one additional day! Local cable was out for literally months.
We were credited for each day without service, whether our fault or theirs. We were additionally given a 10.00 credit for the next 3 months. When there are issues they are resolved within minutes!
I definitely suggest this over cable. My cost for over 300 channels is just about 60.00. The boxes and installation...
