I've had Alfa for quite awhile. I've been very satisfied with the price remaining stable. I've only had one accident and it was not my fault. My only problem with the service was that they insisted on using after market parts and the door did not fit well. I'd like more options and better customer service. Their new billing system is not good, either. They give you no time to send in the payment.
