I would have to say of every company I have ever dealt with Time Warner has the absolute worst service I have ever come across. It all started with the crazy technician that was sent out to my home who decide to have it out on the phone with his soon to be ex-wife in the middle of my living room. I have called them out several times with there gaurunteed on time service which I had to take 3 days off work to get since they repeatedly did not show up.
