I make hashbrown caserole and i have found the shredded potatoes is used best in it. This is not messy and cooks much faster than the other hashbrowns, it doesnt have much seasoning but for what i use it for it doesnt call for seasoning you add your own. Be creative with your food, it allows you to do so!
