A girlfriend introduced me to Avanti Silicone MIx.  It is a 3-part system which I use weekly(shampoo, conditioner and leave-in conditioner).  The shampoo is actually silicone gel so a little goes a longgggg way!  I bought the Starter Kit for about $27 and haven't regretted it one bit.  This is the only hair product that I use and I can tell the difference in my hair in less than 2-months.
