We got the Sleepnumber bed on the 30-Day Trial. The salesperson told us it would be a $199.99 cost if we returned it. We agreed to that. Now we find the cost is $159.99 in addition to that! When I called them and told them we knew nothing of this charge, they said in not so many words that I was lying! Not only is the bed uncomforable, but the customer service is HORRIBLE!. Terrible company that can keep this piece of crap they call a bed. Stay away from these deceitful scammers!
