    I ordered flowers online through bloomex to be delivered to my mother in Montreal.  The site was easy to use, they had soooo much selection, I called an agent to place my order because I had a few questions. The girl was so pleasant and took the time to go through everything with me.  I was really surprised about 2 things- the first is this company doesn't charge a "user fee" the way FTD and 1-800 flowers does, there is absolutely no $15 extra charge to use their services.  I placed my order with the agent at 10am, and my flowers were delivered by 2pm that day!  My mom cliams they are absolutely... review »
