I bought for my husband for Christmas and really had no idea what I was buying. We have never had any trouble with it. It's never froze. It stores so much we will never fill it up. The only problem with it, is there is no manual. So we can't figure out how to get any photos on it. I bought Ipod for dummies but it still didn't help. I would highly recommend this Ipod. We had 2 shuffle and a mini and they aren't worth the money.
