I purchased this vaccuum about two years ago. I used it and noticed it would kick back the dirt, making it more time consuming to vaccuum. I exchanged it for another of the same model, and the second one did the same thing. I emailed the company and told them this, including that I had exchanged it and the second one had the same problems, and they simply emailed me back telling me to take it to a service shop. Shop was too far away from me, and I shouldn't have to take a brand new vaccuum to be serviced.
