I've recently had a very bad experienced with chase card company. I try to make a payment on the phone on the due date and asked them if I will have a late fee. The guy from customer service told me if I go online there will be no late fee before midnight I won't have a late fee. I asked him to canceled the phone payment so I can go pay online. It was nine o'clock that I went online and make a payment. Like most americans I tried to make ends meet and pay all my bills. Little did I know they charged me the late fee of $39 anyway.
