I think I have tried almost every pill on the market that promises to help you lose weight.  My advise to you is to stay away from them.  When you see the ads on television, in a magazine, or on the Internet, just walk away.  They do absolutely nothing except frustrate the "heck" out of you.  Those that advertise all you have to do is take 2 before bedtime do not tell you the fine print, "diet and exercise."  All of them subscribe to "diet and exercise in order to be effective." So, why not just diet and exercise to begin with and stop looking for a miracle pill that will melt the pounds away. ... review »

Thanks for your Jenny Craig review. I live in Western MD and your "I am" description sounds almost identical to me. I was going to try Jenny Craig, but now will do much more research. Thank you.

Hi Lainie! I just read your Jenny Craig review. Cost of the program is my biggest issue too. I sat down one day and did some calculations and discovered doing the same program on my own is alot cheaper. That included buying a freezer to put my food in. I use TOPS for accountability (24 dollars per year). Would love to share with you if you are interested!
