Two years ago I purchased Kitchen Aid Heavy Duty Mixer and I was so excited it happend to be on sale at Bed Bath and Beyond and I had an additional twenty percent coupon, so the sale came to about twohundredsixty dollars plus tax.  My husband thought this was a good buy.  The reason I needed a heavy duty mixer was because I bake a lot of artisan bread (rye bread, primarily) and it takes a strong motor to take care of kneading the bread dough correctly and enough, so I do not have to do a lot of kneading by hand after the machine did it's part.
