The Hewlett Packard Desk-jet D1520 series is a great deal for the money.  My old HP printed with a line running down the page that couldn't be corrected.  I was trying to print resumes for my life partner and needed a printer that was going to print cleanly.  I have always had HP printers and knew I could trust the name.  This printer is relatively compact, easy to set-up, and the cartridges are not very expensive.  The nice thing about this printer is that it also prints photos as if it were an ink-jet.  The photos come out like many more expensive printers.  The fold up paper tray holds...
