I've been usind "30 Day Shred" for a month, and I absolutely love and hate this DVD! It consists of 3 workouts. Each workout is getting progressively more challenging. Jillian Michaels is using her 3-2-1 method in this DVD. It means you'll be doing circuits consisting of 3 minutes strenth exercises, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute abs.
I like that it's only 25 minutes pro workout, so it's doable to commit to it every day. Jillian is a great trainer. I love her style! Her comments make me move even when I think I can't move anymore.
