    I am really happy with my insurance from the Hartford. I have had my home owners, rental property and vehicle insurance with them for many years and have never had a problem with them. At the time I switched from another carrier, I saved over $300 a year. I have had a few claims but all were paid promptly and with no trouble. Calling the 800 number makes things very easy. I can change coverage, file a claim or just ask a question and will get action immediately. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable and helpful and always act like they are happy to hear from me.
