I switched to Verizon about 3 years ago and couldn't be happier! The coverage while traveling is always great, I have never ended up without a signal. I started out with a single plan and have since added my boyfriend and daughters and have had excellent service each time. The local Verizon store has some of the best customer service representatives that I have ever dealt with. They consistently offer suggestions to save me money on phones or making sure that we have the features in our plan that work best for our family.
