So it gets dark early, my kids are at home in my hair more than usual and hearty meals are brewing. I'm bying candles (I should review the good ones!) and we are watching more movies than in the summer. We live in an older house with some drafty windows and I cannot afford to change those at the moment. So I was looking for a simple way to seal some nooks and corners before the old man winter is upon us again.

I bought this easy caulk at the local store for under $5 and I think it has already paid itself back many times over in our heating bills for this fall.

All you do is unscrew the top and tip the application towards the edge of your windows seals or other cracks you want to seal. It is that easy!

It should be over 40 degrees outside when you use this caulk and surface should be dry and as clean... review »
