When I sent my craftmen push mower off to be repaired with Sears I had to drop it off and get it almost 2 weeks later. I was called and told it could not be repaired without replacing the crankshaft and cost me at least $200. I told them to just send it back.
Because that was the only time I had sent it to be repaired on my 2year policy I did request that money back and got it.
After we got the mower back, we took it to a local guy. Two days later I had my lawn mower back in working condition it cost me $35 for a new carborator.
