This mixer is the most valuable kitchen appliance I own! I do almost all of my baking through the easy-to-use mixer and it's many accessories. I especially like the dough hook (see below for more comments regarding this). The only down side I could think of was that it is pretty heavy...but that is because it's made of heavy-duty, quality materials. I love the way that it looks too. I can keep it out on the counter so that I do not have to lug it back and forth.
