I have used Vonage since 2006 and I only have a couple complaints: One is that if you loose internet service (which is required) you loose phone service. I have had a good number of dropped calls over the years but my cell phone is what I use most.
One the positive side, I save money because to have a bundle package with Comcast (PHONE, internet and cable) would cost me more than what I pay now. I love having my voicemail alerts coming to my e-mail at work. I can check my messages directly from my desk without having to dial a number. Also, not having any hidden fees is a plus.
