Hello Hydration from Herbal Essences is the best drugstore shampoo on the market.  It's the only one that I'll buy now.  Not only does it have a great scent (kind of like coconut; a tropical smell), but it lathers up really well.  Whenever I use it, my hair is always so manageable, even when the weather is humid.  With a normal shampoo, my hair would be frizzy in that kind of weather.  This shampoo is very economical as well: a large bottle, which only costs $5 or $6, lasts me about three months.  That's only about $20 a year.  There's no need to lather, rinse, and repeat as this shampoo...
