Hello all, and I hope that this message finds you well and in good spirits.

Life is good, can't complain... However with the state of the world today I am sure I could find something to complain about.  But I won't.

Such beauty and joy surrounds my fair city this July.

Those of you who believe in something greater than yourselves, may be experiencing something you can't quite put your finger on.

I know I am, and all I can say is run with it.

    Cryptic at best I know!!!!!!

    Today viewpoints made my day!

I haven't been with this site long, but I am so happy I stumbled across the link to this site.  I have been hoping to get selected for one of those resturant gift cards by writing the reviews... Not sure when that promotion ends but today to my great surprise I got selected for the simple thanks amazon gc!!!  I am so happy about this.  I was just saying this morning that I wished I had an extra 20$ to get this thing on amazon... And low and behold I check my email and there it is!

I will be reviewing the product for viewpoints....

    Thanks again!

A random day, a random rant.  Yet it's quite beautiful so I thought I would chant hehehe no poetry meant.

Life is good, weather is beautiful... I could complain but what does that get anyone in this day and age.

    Hoping all is well

Ok I started writing this, and then my computer went funky, so if this is a double post FORGIVE me

This is for those moments when you need a light and all others have gone out.

When we are little, we like to think that we know everything... But the last thing we really want to know is to much.  What we really want is for grown ups to make the world a better place, a safe place where dreams can come true and promises are never broken.  And when we are little, that doesn't seem like to much to ask.

My Grandfather ( rest his soul ) used to tell me that all kids need to reall know about is baseball.  It has it's success and it's failure, it's moments when we come together and moments when we stand alone... And it has an ending, not a clock like in other sports, but an ending. And that, my grandpa used to say is as close as a kid should have to have of that sort of thing

People talk alot as if the most important thing in life is to always see things for what they really are.  But everything we do, every plan we make, is kind of a lie.  We're closing our eyes and pretendting that the day won't ever come when we won't need to make anymore plans.  Hope is the greatest lie there is..... And it's the best. We have to keep going as if it all mattered.  Or.... else we wouldn't keep going at all.

People say that when we grow up, we kick at everything we've been told.  We rebel against the world our parents worked so hard to bring us into, that part of growing up is kicking at the ties that bind... But I don't think tha'ts why we kick at all... I think we kick when we find out that our parents don't know much more about the world than we do.  They don't have all the answers.  We rebel when we find out that they've been lying to us all along... There is no Santa Claus at all.

Is every moment of our lives built into us before we are born?  If it is, does that make us less responsible for the things we do?  Or is the responsibility built in too?  After we have hit the ball, do we stand and wait to see if it goes out, or do we start running and let nature take it's course?

The hardest thing we ever have to learn is to say goodbye.

What makes a man/woman who they are?  Is it the worst thing they have ever done?  Or is it the best thing that they want to be?  When we find ourselves in the middle of our life and we are no where near where we thought we would be, how do we find the way from the person we are to the person we knew we could have been.

When everything in our life is right on track, it's easy to believe that things happen for a reason. It's easy to have "faith".  But when things start to go wrong then it's very hard to hold on to that faith.  it's difficult to wonder who's reasons that these things happen for.

My mother used to talk alot about the sky, She liked to watch the clouds during the day.... and the stars at night.  We would play a game sometimes, a game called.... What's beyond the sky. We would imigiane darkness, or a blinding light.... Or something else that we didn't know how to name. But of course that was just a game, There's nothing beyond the sky, The sky just is and it goes on, and on, and on....... And we all play our games beneath it.

Kiss someone you love tonight, the world needs more of it.

Easter was great, My little one looked absolutly adorable in his bunny suit out there in the yard looking for eggs :-)

For all of you out there who say every year like I do that they are going to get healthy, but we get to busy with work and everything else in our lives that we forget to take care of ourselves.  Ya you know you are with me on this one at some level.

I bought the powergym chinup bar from amazon. I will review it and I suppose I will share my transition from complaciant to take charge of my body again.

    Hoping you are all well

Hey all, I hope and trust that everyone is doing well.  I would be most pleased to hear that this message finds you in good spirits.  What a carzy world we live in today.  Some strange stuff going on, and I am noticing on the grass roots level a new sense of community.  I sincerly hope that things aren't going to erupt like some of my more conspiritorial friends are saying.

Love like you have never been hurt, work like you don't need the money, and dance like no one is watching.

So I thought I would write a blog, I haven't done this before but since you all seem to be somewhat normal HA! whatever that is why not put opinions and suggestions about all things from relationships to family to everything inbetween here.  I'll start small today since it's late and my son has a fever.  My boy asked me the dreaded why do I have "Two Daddies" Question.  I don't know how to respond to that, any suggestions?
