Challenging workout even for the fittest - Get ready to sweat!

I started P90x about 3.5 weeks ago. I have to say, I bought it pretty blind. I had no idea what I was getting into-- which is probably a good thing!
So, what is P90x? P90 is a hardcore, 6-day-per week workout that can be done in your home with minimal equiptment. You need a pull up bar, some basic weights, a yoga mat, water bottle and a towel! Each day, you spend anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours doing a workout video. One day is weights and abs, the next day Tony's version of martial arts, the next day 1.5 hours of Yoga, and on and on....
