I have had a Blackberry 7105T for 2 years and it has worked flawlessly. — RIM tech support was outstanding in assisting setting up my corporate email via the Internet Service.  The sure type function makes it very easy to type messages.  I am almost faster on my Blackberry than my laptop.  Updating the firmware is very easy to do and syncing it with my Outlook prevents double entering data and keeps the data consistant.  Accessing the Internet is a bit slow but that is service provider related.
