This Hotpoint was in our condo when we bought it over 6 years ago. It's frost-free, and stays that way. The only maintenance or service we've ever needed to do is to change the burned-out lightbulb.

 It doesn't have a bazillion features, and that may be the basis for its reliability. We couldn't be happier with it.
