    I've been a US Bank customer for more than 6 years now.  The reason I became a customer was because I was going away to college and needed a bank that was convenient both at home and at school.  This convenience factor has also been the reason that I have stayed a customer - the only reason.  I am now in the process of closing my bank account there and moving to another bank that actually cares about my business. 

    US Bank advertises that they offer "5-star" service and they really try to get to know you.  I've seen very little of that in all my contact with them.  Any time that I have had...     review »
