I am home and so sorry once again. We had terrible connectivity in Maine but I should be back on the ball (If I ever was) as soon as I get rid of my 1500 e-mails (3 accounts). Happy 4th! Jo

When I bought St. Ives Mineral Therapy Body Wash I got two for one. I chose St. Ives Smoothing In-Shower Exfoliating Body Polish, Mineral Therapy as my second product which retails for $7.99 for an 8 ounce tub.

The name gives this product a lot to live up to and it does a decent job. It has natural sugar crystals and a mineral blend which is supposed to gently exfoliate and clean the skin. In fact it is very gentle. Rather than having large pieces which scrub your skin  St. Ives Smoothing In-Shower Exfoliating Body Polish, Mineral Therapy has tiny almost hard to feel little crystals.

It's too bad because it doesn't have to be half as stressful as they make it. You know, I wouldn't really want to go back in time but I've got to say that there was something to be said for how things were when I was a little kid. Namely, hardly anyone HAD any money because they had just been through the Depression and of course then the war shortages came so by necessity, everything HAD to be simple and low-key and I think that is sometimes nicer.

I'll send you my URL later in the day and I would love to have yours or are you writing under your real name?

I must confess that AC is not without its little oddities. I have had four articles submitted and waiting and waiting and what do they finally do -- go in and look at the LAST TWO I submitted! The first two are just sitting there, ignored as of this time. They do tend to take a little while looking at things and this can make a difference if you are submitting something for a holiday.

Ah well, but I will learn about these things and plan accordingly as I go along. So far, I really like it and I'm going to look at your articles today.

Have a nice day and a nice holiday!

I hope your on your way to a smooth running system, sometimes you get computer actups when traveling,I thought that another option for freeing up some space to defrag, might be to empty all temp files. Use computer search useing the word temp-be carefull not to empty your bookmarks when your in there you should be able to spot them as they are usally indicated as bookmarks. :) You may have already thought of this one...
