Maybe all luxury car dealers are like this . . . . but this is my first experience. Smithtown Infinity has you wait (not very long), in comfy leather couches in a waiting room with a phone, wireless internet, tv and magazines. You then sit down one on one in an office (not a garage) with a customer service rep who later remembers you. After he takes your keys, your loaner is waiting right outside and a tech helps you load your packages from your car to your loaner. There is no rush to get back the loaner either.
