when i first got on sparkpeople.com, i thought that it probably was going to cost something and not work to great. to my surprise, it was free, so i thought i would try it. i did and after i puut in all my info to get started, i was excited to start. I loved the strength exercises and did them every night. i loved how you could put in your goals. it made me want to reach them all the much more. seeing stories and how many people were on there, it made me want to eat healthy as well as exercise. my eating habits got better and i was always looking forward to logging in my day's meals and workouts....
