Okay, I am no one's little housewifey.  My home is a carefully balanced series of piles and stacks held together with cat hair.  But not so much cat hair as there might be, thanks to my Kirby 2000 vacuum cleaner.  My mom owned a Kirby, so I was familiar with their sturdiness and dependability.  I love mine from its extra long power cord to its detachable body--although it makes one of the larger, heavier hand-vacs around.  Although I don't use the carpet shampoo feature as much as I ought, given the little brown smears of cat puke across my carpets, I appreciate knowing that it's there. ...
