I thought I was the only one that felt that way about their Customer service. And admitting they are wrong. They have left all of us up around a lake here in VA. without service but they are not compensating us for it. It's been two months and I finally have my service here restored. It's a get service when you travel though. I flew to Arkansas and never had a problem. I love their plans, texting, sending photos, etc but forget trying to call out at my house for the last two months. The store people were rude and made promises to call back and never did. I got the best results but calling customer service number and asking for tech support.
