Years ago, I got rid of all my aluminum and non-stick pans because of the possibility of toxins leaching into my food. I switched to glass and stoneware. I much prefer stoneware! This pan is perfect for just about anything you can make -- from pizza, to oven fries, to cookies or brownies. It is large enough to make a very large batch in no time.
