    Slow and irregular payment processing has defined my EverHome Mortgage customer experience.  Despite making payments directly through the EverHome Mortgage website, processing times range from one full week to two full weeks on average.  This makes tracking and verifying payments very difficult. 

    Further, two of my payments that were submitted on time failed to process entirely.  I have documentation on bank letterhead stating that they were not rejected by the bank that held my checking account and the first notification I received in the first instance was a "late payment" issue on my credit...     read full review »
