They do charge alot of money BUT it is worth it if you watch alot of TV. There are very few outages. There is a fantastic assortment of channels to choose from - I have expanded digital cable. I love the TV channel menu & wish the extra digital boxes were cheaper so all 5 of my TVs could have them. Customer service is alot better than many other compabies I have had to deal with. I recommend Comcast cable.
