I have to let you know how happy I am with my purchase, and with the service we received from BedInABox.
I ordered my bed online on a Saturday afternoon. Sadly, I ordered the wrong mattress. I wanted the queen pacdown, but had ordered the regular pacbed. I called their toll free number hoping I could at least leave a message, and to my surprise the phone was answered immediately. I did mention this was a Saturday afternoon, right? In less than two minutes the gentleman had corrected my mistake, and sent me a confirmation email showing the corrected information.
We received our bed on Wednesday....
