They raise prices without offering more servies, have horrible customer service and if you bundle DirectTV with other services from another company (i.e. Verizon) you are LOCKED into a contract with DIRECTTV, not the company you are bundling with and DirectTV will not let you out unless you pay a crazy amount in cancellation fees.
