    Horrible customer service, raised prices, scammed into contract

    They raise prices without offering more servies, have horrible customer service and if you bundle DirectTV with other services from another company (i.e. Verizon) you are LOCKED into a contract with DIRECTTV, not the company you are bundling with and DirectTV will not let you out unless you pay a crazy amount in cancellation fees. BUYER BEWARE when signing up. INCONSISTANT RECEPTION is also a problem.
