When my job announced that they were having a Weight Watchers program coming to us to conduct weekly meetings, I was apprehensive, but excited. I had never done any sort of Weight Loss program before, and was worried that I may not do well. I tend to get bogged down by too many silly rules, and just give up altogether. I guess that's the rebel in me. But I decided anyway to give it a try, because it was the accountablilty I needed.
I chose the flex plan which consists of counting points and keeping a food diary. I really liked how simple it was made, and how many resources Weight Watchers...
