As a consumer, and overweight individual I have a small and healthy bit of information which I read recently in a popular news stand magazine regarding HFCS (more commonly referred to as: High Fructose Corn Syrup) that is an ingrediaent found in many household food packages which aids in weight gain (this is where SIZE does matter).
